Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

Returning Your Order

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods within 14 days.

Items must be returned to us in their original condition and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, including any shipping, customs, insurance, or handling charges associated with the return.

For original paintings, we strongly recommend using a fully insured shipping service.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

Condition of Returned Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

If a returned item arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging or handling after delivery, any resulting loss in value may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

Original Paintings

Original artworks must be returned in their original condition.

Where possible, original paintings should be returned using the original packaging materials supplied with the artwork.

For large-scale paintings shipped rolled in tubes, the artwork must be returned rolled and packaged appropriately to prevent damage during transport.

Fine Art Prints

Fine art prints must be returned in their original condition and protected against bends, creases, moisture, or other damage during transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging.

We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
